Asphalt Patchers
PB Asphalt Patchers provide all the equipment and material for a two-man crew to repair potholes, road shoulders and utility cuts all day. PB Patchers are fully equipped so you can tackle patching jobs with just one machine. All PB Patchers feature an insulated and heated asphalt box that keeps asphalt hot and usable all day.

PB Patchers come in two formats, a "V" box which uses either contunuous conveyor or auger to move the asphalt or a dump box which uses a dump hoist to raise the box so the asphalt slides out. Both of these formats are available for mounting on truck chassis or as slip-in models.

The "V" models can also be trailer mounted. The accompanying emulsion systems can be powered by hydraulically driven pump or compressed air and sized to meet your needs.
