Compressor and Air System
Engine, compressor, and tank to be a skid design, mounted between truck cab and dump body. Components are to be mounted, plumbed in and ready to operate at time of delivery.
Engine:
37 H.P. minimum, gas, electric start, shrouding for weather protection.
Compressor:
92 C.F.M. minimum, continuous running unloader, belt guards, Meet OSHA requirements.
Emulsion:
200 gallon, 6" fill opening, 2" drain.
Tank:
ASME construction. To be equipped with all safety valves, regulator gauges, and exhaust valve. Has an auxiliary electrical heating element for overnight heating. Unit to have a single lever quick-change valve- from emulsion to solvent. Unit to be equipped with propane heat.
Solvent:
10 gallon, 2" fill opening.
Tank:
To be equipped with all safety valves, regulators, gauges and exhaust valve. ASME construction.
Air System:
All tanks to be pressurized. Air and Emulsion connections at rear of truck. Hose hangers on side of dump bed and water tanks.
Emulsion Hose: 30' of 3/4" petroleum transfer hose.
Air Hose: 30' of 1/4" standard duty air hose, tied together with emulsion hose.
Spray Gun:
Six-foot, combination air-atomized or straight pressure emulsion gun with three spray tips of various sizes.
